Try a prepaid credit card. Our local Safeway grocery store sells them. They cost about $10 a month + whatevery you want to prepay into the account to use for charges.

By using a debit card with the Visa logo on it. Or have someone else use theirs and you just pay them or share the bill with someone else (go halfs on it).

Directv offers it but you'll have to have a checking account other than that your fine they dont do that stuff
