One thing is no it isn't a man thing some do it some don't and this is male and female. but what we are talking about is you so I say it is a real shame your being treating with such disrespect and you indeed deserve better. let him ramble and record him bite your tongue and let him do his thing. then play it for his mother. You may be surprised how he will calm down.

i used to be particularly indignant whilst i became youthful. the biggest reason for my anger became as a front. i became easily very annoying, and instead of all and sundry looking out how afraid i became, I confirmed the international an indignant image, and human beings stayed away. I used anger an identical way you ought to use alcohol or drugs. I have been given off on being indignant and getting that adrenaline rush. I had a important sort of reasons to be indignant becoming up, and that i'm no longer likely to get into them o.k. here. Suffice it to assert, I had no coping skills, so whilst issues made me sense threatened, out got here the anger, and the greater on top of issues I felt. performing this type stopped working some years in the past, and that i've got been addressing the roots of my anger, specifically worry and harm. no longer basically am I some distance much less indignant, I no longer go through the poor outburst I used to whilst i became youthful, and that i hit upon that i do no longer might desire to run from what i'm feeling, Even anger can assist you, if I on no account have been given indignant at my abusive ex-husband for a fashion he taken care of me, I on no account might have left.

Yes it sounds like he is trying to make you angry. Time for you to realize there is no way to control him or what he does. The only real thing you can do in any situation is to control your own reactions. I'm not saying what he is doing is ok but that is the foundation of a more peaceful life in general.

My husband did that do. The best thing to do is walk out of the room when you are ready to burst out... just go lock yourself in your room and let the anger out at something else (like your pillow). Believe me... I have such a bad temper. And I know how hard it is to keep your mouth shut when someone really pisses u off. Once you walk out of that room and lock yourself in, don't come out until you are calm. And don't speak to him for like 24 hours or until he's nice to u. It drives my husband MAD when I don't talk to him. (Plus he doesn't get the pleasure of seeing you explode in anger).

You let him get to you and he knows it. Stop yelling and screaming at him when he starts his ****. Then he will be the one looking like a total *** and you can sit calmly back and tell HIM he need help! Believe me, it works... that's what I do with my husband now.
