British. Franz Ferdinand- they've had two albums and the Killers only one. Franz were much better live than The Killers.

I thought that Franz Ferdinand was Scottish...but either way..they're both good...English music has deeper roots due to the new Wave explosion of the 80s...as well as several bands in the 60s and 70s...

Neither is better both are great, I prefer Killers over Franz Ferdinand.

Umm...I believe the "Killers" are from Las Vegas...making them American, not British.
