It's called "Overture to the Royal Mongolian Sumo Foosball Festival." I am NOT making this up. I heard it once on someone's iPod, but I can't find anything about it on the internet, or on iTunes. I don't know who wrote it, but I assume that there is only one song with a name like that.

I already googled it, and I definitely have the name right.

Bill Mays' "Prelude to the Royal Mongolian Sumo Foosball Festival,"

this is probably it... I typed in the words "Mongolian Sumo Foosball" and came up with MANY sites that will probably tell you what album it's on..

I can't help wondering if you're talking about the music from the Pepsi Sumo Football ad from a few years ago. (You know füssball is German for Football, don't you?)

I found the ad on google video -- The music sounds a bit overture-ish to me.
