5'9'' but wiegh 121lbs. Is that to thin? I use to wiegh 130lbs but lost the wieght. I work out now 3 times out of the week, and have built alot of muscle. I have a figure from working out, but should I wiegh more again?

at 5"9" and 121lbs is thin you should ad some weights to you work out to gain mass not much just to get a little weight on you

I'm 5'11" and weighed 125-135 most of my life (I'm 46). I did body sculpting with weights, like you have. Unless you have a very fast metabolism, you should maybe increase your calorie intake by 300 cal daily. Lean protein or skim milk would be beneficial to the workout results.

the weight issue is up to you how do you feel at the weight you are now? if you feel to skinny than try to but a few pounds back on..if you feel good about the way you are now than stay there don't let others influence you into doing something you don;t want..keep up the good work outs

no i dont think that is too thin because if u are still doing good that its all good. if u are feeling good the way u are that dont change but if u are not then gain SOME weight but if u ask me u are all good

no you sound like you are beautiful you should be the weight you want to be if you are happy then everyone else around you will see your happiness and like that about you

you are tall, if you gained a little weight it woudlnt be bad, but keep working out, you dont want to gain fat you want to gain muscle
