what's the easiest way to sand the inside of a wooden bowl?

as a woodworker, am looking for a better way to sand the inside of a segmented, ringed bowl

Are you turning it on a lathe? If so, use a flexible backing for your sandpaper (something like a sponge) which will fit the form you have. I believe that there are sanding blocks like that too.
