A question for people who live in Williamsport, Pennsylvania...?

Where is the best spot to watch the fireworks display on the 4th of July? We usually sit on the dike to the right of Market St. Bridge, but my grandfather just went through cancer radiation and is extremely weak and cannot scale the dike. Where is there a place in Williamsport to watch the fireworks where you can also see the smaller display that goes on by Wegman's? Is Wegman's parking lot even open for the event?
