I dont know what happened.
My boyfriend and I were so kool, home watching t.v. and chillin, and then all of a sudden I got so upset. I distanced my self from him to get a peace of mind. I went to lay on the couch and he stayed in the bedroom. But the weird thing is that he'd come and ask me whats wrong, and I'd reply by saying "I cant really say right now".
It was the truth, I dont know why I had a change in attitude like that.
So anyway he had to leave to run an errand but as he was leaving he came to give me a kiss, but when I got up to kiss him, he said "Youre not feeling me, I can tell". So then I got mad that he said that because I didnt take any attitude out towards him. Its not like I was picking arguments and nagging him before I distanced myself, I just got really quiet and went to the couch. Now I feel part aggrivated and part empty because of how that whole thing went.
Does anyone else have and mood changes for no apparent reason & what should I do when he gets back?

Just tell him how much you care for him and that it had nothing to do with how you feel about him. Good luck.

You shouldnt be mad at him, for starters; obviously he cares for you deeply if he noticed something is up.
PMS or depression? If you dont have an underlying reason, I'm guessing its one of those.
Or are you two spending too much time together? Do you still like him anymore?
I've had mood changes, it happens. I would just tell my boyfriend:
1. How I'm feeling.
2. Why I'm feeling that way, or that I don't know why.
3. And if applicable, that its not his fault and I hope he'll be understanding.
If you want to preserve the relationship, you can't be having mood changes without giving him a heads up, its not fair if you don't.

Yes, I do that all the time...I call it girl brain, just like a light switch was flipped and now you feel differently. You just have to realize that it was all in your head and that he had nothing to do with it, so when he gets back just run up to him and give him a big kiss and act like nothing happened...he probably will to. If he asks you what was wrong before just tell him that girls brains act funny sometimes and that you are really gratefull he is so understanding. Try to come up with something fun to do tonight to take your mind off it. Best wishes

Let's see.
He said "Youre not feeling me, I can tell"when you left the bedroom and laid on the couch?!
Tell him there's more to you than that. When he grows up and get's a job, you will be apart from each other most of the day. So what's the beef? If he wants you to be only his shake and make friend, and you are happy with it, fine and dandy.
If you would prefer to look for a meaningful relationship, one to last for the rest of your life, and someone who will be there through good and bad, then Mr. wanna feeling is not for you, unless he can change to a Mr.wanna us.

You know for awhile I thought I was the only one who got that way. And for awhile I would make up reasons to be mad cuz it was easier to explain. But instead of being stupid like I was just explain exactly what you wrote. And that you just kinda wanted some alone time to sort things out. He should understand!
