I need a logout script for my website?

I need a logout script for my website. I use HTACCESS and I need a script that will allow users to logout. Currently, users cannot logout. This means that the next person to use the PC can access the website without a login because the last user is still logged in....... (looking for something simple. Only need a logout, not a login)

Just a suggestion but it might be better to use php that way you can use cookies and the log out will be much more effective ;)
