you need to get more sleep.eat better than you are now stress...all these help those little suitcases as i call them to be there..just before you do you make-up in the morning lay down with a frozen bag of peas or whatever vegetable you have in the bag or box leave on there for about 10-15 minutes.this will take them away but it's not a cure all..if you sinus problems that will also make them come up...you can use a cucumber slice at the end of the day or a tea bag after you make the cup of tea to drink while you wait your 15-20 minutes with that ...i guess that the best i can do to help you with your baggie..i hope it works for you it does for me .(and I'm sure I'm alot older than you)

This depends on the severity of the puffiness. If it's barely noticable by anyone other than your mirror, a cucumber works, or those eye masks they sell @ health food stores. (be sure to ask the advice of a salesperson, they usually know which brand is the best) You can follow up the routine with a little concealer. I use "Sheer Cover" (yeah, that infomercial stuff, hey, it WORKS!!) If it's more severe, I'd suggest asking your eye Doctor or dermatologist. He or she would either know what to perscribe.
good luck!!

May Sound weird but get more sleep, don't cry as much and quit binge drinking. If that doesn't work, a little KY jelly, not the warming kind, around your eyes at night will always do the trick. and you can use it for other things to. SERIOUSLY!

I have never tried this but I have heard that Preperation H will reduse puffiness of the eyes just as it "shrinks swelling". I know it sounds gross but I thought I would pass it along.

Put two metal teaspoons in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes, then take them out and put them over your closed eyelids. Or try slices of cold cucumber.

:)

Avoid salt, especially at evenings. You might be swollen because your kidneys don't like that much salt. (I have that problem)
Try to have some salty pumpkin seeds before you go to sleep(watching TV...) and see the results in the morning. If it looks worse than usually, there is your answer.
