I'm not certain what is causing the odors, because usually once you remove the source, you remove the odor. However, there are several methods that will work. The simplest is to place containers of charcoal, like the kind you BBQ with, around the crawl space. They absorb odors. The other is similar, you place boxes of baking soda around the area with the top torn open. Or you could spray a product called Nature's Miracle or Ozuim on the floor, as they both have natural enzymes which neutralize odors.

make sure the odors arent coming from standing water(if you had new construction near your house it could have interrupted your run off). also you should have a contractor take a look to see if you have adequate ventilation if there is too much moisture in the crawl space there could be fungus growing some of these spores can be toxic.
Do a check under the house make sure a creature didnt crawl in to die. that can create quite an odor.
to get rid of the odors it all depends on what the source is. and if the reason the source is created isnt resolved you will be fighting a losing battle.

Like Angel said....you need to solve the problem, not just cover up the odor. Or you'll keep having the problem. If its not something dead under there, you probably do need more ventilation. We had to install vents across from each other on the front and back of the crawl space under our house. That seemed to solve the problem. Just be careful not to put one by your water pipes, or if you're in a cold climate, they could freeze in the winter. We made that mistake, then had to insulate the pipes for winter. Good Luck!

Before you can remove the odor, you’ll have to get into the crawl space and inspect for plumbing leaks. Also look for excessive condensation - See more at: http://www.miconstruguia.com/en/crawl-space-odor/

Lime does a good job of eliminating odors. Not the fruit though. Go to your local hardware store and ask them for lime.
