I just put a whole 12oz can in and the pressure didn't change at all. It was not empty to begin with, I just wanted to top it off since my car is 7 years old.

Sorry, my car is a 2000 Pontiac Firebird. I'm using a cheap gauge from the auto parts store. The A/C was feeling a bit weak so I added a can of the stuff with oil and booster built in.

I normally put in three cans to fill the system. You can check to see what your capacities should be. Your car should also have a decal that tells you what the charge and capacity should be.

Good Luck

you should have the a/c system sucked down at a shop and have them put the 134 in two reasons one thats the only way to raelly know how much 134 is in the car two if there is a slow leak your ac system has an oil that lubricates the system that may need to be added also you dont want to over charge the system it could cause a problem with the compressor.

My 2000 Lincoln town car takes about 4-5 minutes to produce cool air. I have added 2 cans. Same results.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jim
