Well, how does she feel about that? What makes this situation tough is how does she feel about him as a boyfriend? If she really doesn't love him then yes move on but if she loves him and stays with him then she is selling herself short of happiness and no one should do that to oneself. She is just a piece of meat to him.

Usually when we go out with someone, the first attraction is physical. All the emotional stuff comes in later... as we get to know each other better.
If they've been going out for a while and he still only likes the physical part, then YES she should break up with him.
If they're just starting their relationship, then give him another chance.

Of course she should break up with him. He should like her for who she is not how she looks, and if her looks is the only thing he likes then what's the point.
