Well you have 2 options. # 1: To use that spray on tan stuff that you can get from any drug store. OR # 2: You can go to the pool or beach as much as you can and put sunscreen on and tan all day. If you do number two it will take longer but it will last longer too.

Ack! Don't tan! I'm also very fair and didn't protect myself from the sun when I should have, so I know that tanning causes sun spots. You'll look old way before you should, and your skin will feel leathery. Use a buildable self-tanner for medium skin tones and wear sunscreen DAILY! Neutrogena spray on sunscreen is really good, light and non-greasy.

A self-tanner that puts an end to stained hands and uneven coverage. Like your own personal airbrush, Tan goes on as a fine mist leaving you with a smooth, natural-looking tan.

Lots of companies offer spray on tans. Use the link to start your research.

OK i suggest NOT using a self tanner the only lead to orange streaky mess and also can cause break-outs. what i would suggest is not to Tann outdoors if your pale but to Tann in a tanning salon. tanning salons are still 100% natural because they give off the same rays which the sun gives off uva and uvb. tanning salons where designed for people like you because they will make you tan and you will never burn because your exposure time is limited.

GOD created this big ball of fire we all call the "SUN". I'm sure you've seen it, up in the sky. Stand in front of it, "with sun block on", for about thirty minutes a day for three weeks and you should do alright. But because of your lack of pigment , don't expect to get as tan as you probably want or think you may be able to achieve. your best bet is to do a few of those spry on tans at a major tanning salon.

Maybe you can go to a tanning salon or suntan with sunscreen in the sun so you don't get burned. Or you you can wear tan from a bottle. Or try bronzers.

You should definetly try Jergens Glow. That stuff is amazing! It really does work. It may take a little time though.
