Well you are suppose to replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
I replace my toothbrush 5 times a year,though,to answer your question.

I change my toothbrush about 4 to 5 times a year. You are supposed to change your toothbrush every three months.

Every eight weeks. I have an electronic toothbrush that tells me when to replace it, however, I end up replacing it before the it tells me to do so.

I use a Crest Spin Brush, so I only have to replace the head of it and the battery. I estimate I replace it, 4 times a year.
