You can type your name in Google Trends http://www.google.com/trends but it only works if a bunch of people have searched your name.

This is what you do:
Create a web page with your name on it. Maybe there already is one - google your own name to find out. For that page, install a statistics scripting utility. Then keep an eye on how people find the page by monitoring the search terms that lead people to the page. If someone finds the page searching for your name, bingo - you are a celebrity.

This is an impossible task unless you contacted either of the search engines mentioned and asked them. Even then, I'm not sure that they would give this info to you.

You can't, it's impossible unless you worked for Yahoo or Google's IT department.
