There is a service called Skype that offers free internet calls. It has to be downloaded, though, but it works pretty well. I believe the address is just skype.com.

if u have aim or yahoo instant messenger both of them have the call feature on there

skype, download it, or use yahoo msnjer 7.5, also msn msnjer allows voice conversations
