development of science: good point and bad point.?

Science is and has been its good and bad points. Because of it, people are cured of sicknesses that may have been impossible several years or decades ago, we can go anywhere easier with planes and fast paced vehicles, we can communicate to whomever anytime, anywhere, and we can even go outerspace and study what is really out there. Definitely without it, we might still be too primitive to survive and live in the world.
On the other hand, science becomes destructive as we, humans, tend to exploit what intelligence we are given by playing God. We can now be whatever we want to be, whether a male in a womans body, or the other way around. We have created bombs that can wipe off all traces of living thing in the earth, we have messed up with our environment by the pollution we emit by using products only to our advantage. Hence, we have gone beyond thinking and caring for our environment to getting too much of what we can out of the natural resources given us. This is the start of degradation of our planet, but also degradation of our conscience, our morality, our ethics.
Science is a way of knowing more of the world we are living in, not a means to exploit it...In the end, it is the poison that will kill us all...

The good point is that modern science arose from a biblical foundation. The bad point is that man has decided to reinterpet what God has said so science is now looking elsewhere for answers.
