After the not very nice words they exchanged on the radio at Michigan, Idon't think they are getting along very well.

No, I think he's just fine where he's at. Yeah, he's having a bit of a rough season..but I think it's just a matter of fine tuning the things and programs he does have.
edit: a lot of colorfurl words are often shared on those scanners..but it doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue there. it's a heat of the moment. even the best relations of c/c and drive'rs can get nasty at moments..

With Dale Jarrett struggling just the same, I don't think the blame can be put on the crew chief. Obviously the entire organization is having some sort of problem. I'm sure Robert Yates will get it straightened out.

Elliot Sadler needs more then a new crew chief he needs a new driving style and needs to get off his butt and race for once.

Sadler needs to go back to Bush!!(No Talent) Dale is leaving the end of this year to drive for Michael on the new Toyota team (I disagree with the Toyota thing)

a new crew chief is not always the answer,but it could help,, they have bigger problems I think,,,and I would be surprised if Sadler is there after next season

give tommy baldwin a chance, he helped kahne have an awesome rookie year. people's temper's flair up at times, maybe its sadler himself that needs some improving, not knocking the guy though, i agree he's a talented driver, just needs to do some improving though.
