first who is mac dre? NE ways, Tupac is and will always be the best rapper of all time. Why? Because his music is poetry set to instrumental. Every single song of his tells a story that will out last the test of time. watch you'll see..

2 pac. His music is more popular and today as well as upbeat. he is really hott and will always be hott when it comes to music. He does alot better ya know. But its all on your opinion.
