Hi Chereford,
depends on budget, required location etc. Dublin has now some excellent 5 star hotels like The Merrion, The Berkeley Court and The Westin. These can often be booked depending on dates for almost as little as many 3 and 4 star hotels. The best site to view all hotels in Dublin and book them is http://www.dublinhotelreservations.com which has a comprehensive range of over 120 hotels in Dublin.

There are hundreds of hotels in dublin. it depends on your budget. some tacky ones but most are fabulous. Burlington is lovely but if your on a budget try Cassidy's Hotel in Upper O'Connell Street - great deals and a lovely hotel.
