They seem to travel through Germany,France,Holland etc. Why don't they claim asylum there?

Because they know our country is a soft touch where they will get benefits, a house free education, free health-care and they know they will be here for a long time receiving money from the government who take it from the hardworking British Tax payer. It's time to get tough, send the scroungers back where they belong and close our borders to scroungers. I am not racist or xenophobic. I believe we are a multi-cultural society. Many foreigners such as doctor's, nurses etc have brought their knowledge and skills into this country, and they are welcome, but surely, asylum seekers are supposed to claim asylum in the first friendly country they arrive in aren't they?

Because here they get welfare, free healthcare and we don't just throw them out like France does.
England has the reputation of being a wonderful country to live in so those wanting a better life come here cos they know they wont be thrown out

Because the Germans, French and Dutch have the right idea and keep people out, English government want England to sink allowing all these people in, what I would ask is what did they do, they must've done something, else why run away.

I'm just guessing, but by air it's a nicer flight without all those stops??? Now, I must get back to filling in my forms. I'd like to get on the dole asap.

they come 4 free housing, free health, i mean the asylum seekers probably get more money from the government for nothing, than we do from working...thas the gorvenment 4u, democracy dont work..

Because our government throws our money and benefits at them left, right and centre.and the governments of other countries are don't.

Because they won't have access to the NHS and benefits, also our Banks are easier to defraud.
