i'm supposed to have this pool party tomorrow for my sweet 16, and it's supposed to rain. i, of course, hadn't known this when i planned it; so what am i supposed to do? any ideas on how to entertain twelve 16-or-so year olds? (and don't critisize me on the section i put this in on yahoo answers, i don't know which it fits into!! :) )

Twister!!! My friends and I loved that game. It can get really interesting, especially if there are guys and girls. Fun fun! Use two mats if there are a lot of people.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. Just make sure you tell people to bring actual clothes and not just a swimsuit. Have a big, open space with nothing fragile or breakable. Parents wouldn't want Great Aunt Sue's vase broken! Grab some classic party movies and have lots of chips and snacks. I'm sure a bunch of 16 year olds can entertain themselves!

Well, if it is suppose to be a light rain, go ahead and have your party. You will get wet anyway because it is a pool party. If it is suppose to storm really bad just have it in side and when the rain ends go outside. Don't stress and have fun!! Happy Sweet 16!

WHAT IS IT'S (Baseballmetsyankees??) PROBLEM????????

Let's just ignore the idiot above!!

About your party..... well if it's was going to be a pool party, then people are gonna get wet anyway right? So it won't matter all that much if it is raining! You could always put up a marquee with loads of cushions spread around so people can chill and chat.

Have a very Happy Birthday!

Go to the movies, rent some movies, have a pizza party. Go bowling, anything! Once you see the weather people will be flexible and wanna do other things. Ask for suggestions from your friends, and you'll be alright!

Have a good time, and Happy Birthday!

swim in the rain, as long as there's no lightning. I'll be praying for no rain for you though! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! The big 16, woohoo!!
