Man with a van?

It's quite tricky to start off with because you need to build up the work. For example, there's no point in setting up and getting two jobs per day, one in Cornwall and the other in Edinburgh.

Start off with your town, then other towns, work upto your county etc. Build up the business as you go. There's no point in doing the whole country, because on your own you will not have the time to make it pay. Build up slowly.

Advertise in the papers, shop windows, free ads etc, wherever you can.

Very hard - lots of competition with money..

Easiest way is to open a frachise..

Otherwise - man with a van - go into local companies & give them a good rate that youve researched - good service & remember "Insurance" - It'll only take one screwup to screwup everything!!!
