its said " plot thwe points (2,0),(2,-3),(2,4),(2,1)(2,-1) describe the set of all points of from (2,y), where y is a real number" i did the drawing part by plotting the point but i can't understand the question help me please.

Hint: It sounds like a line. Look at it again and describe the points you plotted in relation to where x=2 and y= any real number (infinity).

Look at your plot. All the points have 2 as an x coordinate. the graph is a straight line with the equation X = 2 for all values of Y.
