I really do want to get rid of the old ones my friend says if you dont use them for about a month they just get wiped out any way, thats not so though I haven't bothered with two of them for 7 weeks I have just tried them to see if she was right, but she is wrong they are still there. please can you help, but keep it simple please...

go into address book and either right click each name and delete or highlight the name and click delete
Hope this helps...if not then go to the HELP section of your isp (aol, msn etc)
if YAHOO...go to mail...go to addresses....go to view contacts..then either right click and delete or click delete button....should be same for all providers....i cleaned mine out last week so you can do it

I do not believe you can remove email adresses. Mabye I'm wrong. Ask the Yahoo! or MSN or AOL or GMail people (depending on what email server you have.)
It's real annoying for me as well because I have like 5 email adresses and when I check on one (like once a year [EXAGGERATION]) it has so much spam to delete.

go to the address page, check the ones you want to delete and click delete.

right click on the e-mail address, scroll down to delete
