I don't know why people rape children. That's nasty. And, what kind of sick creep 'wants some' from a 13 year old. That's gross. What's shotting? Do you mean shooting? If yes, then, parents have guns in their houses, most likely to protect their children, the kid finds a gun and says, lookie how pretty!!!

It all has to do with the way they were or are being brought up, most of the time if you look at a rapists background there are very big hints, rage, abuse, sexual abuse, loss of someone, Though it doesn't make it right there is a logic reason why they do these things, some can be helped but will never actually be "fully cured" and some will continue to do it. They all need attention and to know there is help.

As for kids shooting other kids, it's all on t.v. and society!

people (men and women) rape children cause of many reasons. they can over power a child and a elderly person, there fore not getting hurt themselves. it's has to do with controlling issues and their own mental weakness to this sickness. usually but not always a rapist will prey on children cause children are more trusting then adults and as i had already mentioned, easier to over power (less of a fight).
as for why are 2 year old shooting other children, i blame that on the parents that have guns in their homes that don't safely store them. if a person can afford to own a gun then they can afford a locked gun case or safety trigger locks too.
we have the right to bare arms but we are also obligated to protect our children from getting hurt.

I is a very disgusting situation and it is a major shame that small children are the victims of these horrible acts - many will carry scars and trauma of these acts throughout their life.

While it may be a mental illness that drives the perpetrator, it is foremost a crime that should carry a very harsh sentence (prison time). Let them get medical help while in prison - but get them off the streets and protect our children.

Children shooting children is one of those "preventable acts". Guns need to be locked away and secured to prevent from falling into the wrong hands.

we just live in a very corrupt world. I was raped when I was 11 year old. I just believe people do it not only because they are "sick" but it's just the fact that the child is vulnerable. Has no idea what you are actually doing to me so the more knowledgeable person takes advantage. In my case, I am 26 and still devastated as the person who did it was a very close family member, someone whom I totally idolized. He's dead now though.

Because we took prayer out of school and people grow up having no morals. Also the courts have made it impossible to discipline children. (Ask the mother in Ohio that spanked her child in Wal Mart and got 3 years in prison for it.) Kids don't understand consequenses for the things they do, so they grow up not knowing right from wrong and they kill and rape.
