Great, great comic you have there. As an Avengers fan, I've always liked the old Hulk comics. I found the one on ebay as well... it's still got over a day left for bidding as of this writing, and many times the prices skyrockets in the last hours. I'm sure your version, especially in such good condition, is worth over $300.00 to the right collector. I'll keep scouting and I'll edit if I find anything new. :)

Edit: Ah, I'm good. ;) Here's one with a pending sale at $350.00, I'll include the link. Looks like that one has too much fraying and fading to be more than a 4, so yours could be worth even more!

Edit: Even higher prices have showed on ebay. One for $3,000.00 dollars, which had better be just about perfect, but I doubt it will sell that high, and one in an ebay store at $850.00!
