you can buy those etiquette/manners book - it will teach you how to walk, talk, eat, sit, and basically everything on manners and how to present yourself. I think they are very useful for girls because when you perfect your manners it will give others the impression that you are very beautiful and elegant (and of course, graceful)

Usually, a girl (or boy) is born with a natural grace... but it can already help with what kind of environment you live, what you watch, what you read, what you listen to... try getting involved in calm things. Try to be more patient as well. Listen to beautiful things and do beautiful things. And, if possible, pray and ask God for grace. Otherwise, just turn away from anything loud, vulgar, obscene... in other words, anything Satanic.

Taking ballet lessons is supposed to help with that. Actually participating in any dance lessons or a sport will help your body awareness, make you more fit and consequently more graceful.

I am a dancer and i take ballet and I am very graceful. You should take ballet lessons. Also some people are just born clumsy because of the way they are built. Don't feel bad... especially if you are in your teen years, you will grow out of it!!! Just hang in there!
