Instead of asking people that don't know you two, why don't you and your partner chose a song that you both really enjoy or have you and your partner got a song that you can class as your song? For example did you and your partner meet when a song was playing? Or is there a song that both you and your partner cant help but think of each other when it comes on? Are you getting what i am getting at? I am just saying that this you and your partners BIG DAY, and i think that it is important that you both have things your way and that you both have things happening that you both like/enjoy? Or if you haven't already got a song why don't you both get together one night and listen to some songs and let each other know what you think of each one and well just try and find a song that feels right for both of you/
GOOD LUCK in finding the right song for your big day. and good luck for your big day. all the best. x x

Any Beatles song would be excellent. U2's Original Of The Species would be awesome. Led Zeppelin's Over The Hills and Far Away and of course Stairway to Heaven and maybe In Your Eyes-Peter Gabriel.

I can't help falling in love with you. Elvis Presley did it. But also redone a number of times.
I will always love you, Whitney Houston
Also check out some web sites etc.. And try and find a song that catches what you and your Fiance have together.
For our wedding my husband and I each chose a song that reflected how we felt about each other. It brought a lot of people to tears. Hope this is some help.

At my sister wedding they played songs from Celin Dion and Mariah Carey for the couples, Latin American, R&B and Hip Hop for the youngersters. But sorry I don't know the titles.

I'm sorry you sound like a normal person.
My wedding shall be on Oct 31
And It will have horror themed Classical music.
Phantom of the Opera type music.
And some Heavy Metal.
Sorry I can't help ya unless you want to be weird like me and wear a black wedding dress.
It'll scare the hell outta your parents.

I'm assuming you mean a rock band?
For your ceremony, please GOD do not use "Cannon in D" or "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring." Those tunes have been played to death.
Try something unusual. For my wedding we're going to have Wagner's "Elsa's Processional" and Elgar's "Nimrod Variation" from "Enigma Variations."
As for the reception, have music that means something to you and your hubby! After all, it is your day!
You might want to check the Itunes store and search for "wedding." I got TheKnot's wedding album from there.

I think a cool last dance for the groom with his mother (if you do that) is "good ridance" by Green Day...The song is written about giving up adolesence and etc moving on to "true adulthood".
Just a thought.
