Like a 12 year old girl. Why spend money on stuff that will go out of style when your 14 when you can still wear the stuff you had when you were 12, then you'll fool everybody.

Like they are 13 not 23!Not too revealing or exposed...Crop tops and hip hugging jeans are fine but bra tops,and short shorts and some bathing suits are way too revealing for someone whose 13!some platform shoes are way too tall too for younger girls,makes them look like they will fall over if the wind picks up! =)Just be reasonable with the choices thats all..=)

You should dress like a lady nothing to tight or showing to much.To many sexual predators these days but of course you not only have to worry about the way you dress but also the way you act.

Modestly! Target has really cute modern clothes hat still gives a 13 year old style as well as keep us parents happy that there covered.

i'm 14 but 13 and 14 year olds mainly are in the same range of what looks good and what doesn't. i prefer the preppy style: clothes from abercrombie or american eagle. polos, graphic tees, skirts, cute tanks, and jeans r what i like. but, it all depends on your personality and what u like (as long as its not slutty or inapproriate) many ppl our age tend to stick with the t-shirt and jeans look (which is good) but sometimes it's cute 2 go outside of the typical "teenager" look. some really nice places to shop are: american eagle, abercrombie, aeropostale, hollister, kohl's, or any other store in the mall whose clothes fit your taste.

whatever she feels like wearing. whether or not you agree with me, most 13 year olds or even older teens wear what the "popular" or "cool" kids wear. friends usually copy friends to get their own "style" but that is really not their own style since they are just copying somebody else`s style. most teenagers today dress from what they learned from other girls their age. like lets say your friend gives you ideas on leg-warmers underneath a miniskirt. whether you like it or not, you are tempeted to try whatever it is. this is a form of peer pressure but it is indirect and it doesnt hurt anybody. so basically, what a teenage girl wears usually depends on what others wear. rarely, based their own style or point of view.

coming from a 13 year old girl...i dress however i want!
I dont dress slutty, but i do have fun with my clothes
Wear a short skirt, have a few low cut tops...have fun with life and your clothes

however coming from a13 year old my dad dont approve of it by my mom does but i dress any way i want b-cuz i'm to pretty to dress ugly and all nerdy com on it's just an outfit gosh

Please dress modest. It looks terrible when young girls dress like their older sisters. Cover up and don't wear tight clothes.
