I'd take all the money and park it where it'll generate the strongest monthly revenue, then take 25% of that cashflow and sponsor the development of a poor village somewhere. I'd ensure it had its own clean water supply, that it was energy-independent, that its children were educated, that there was a library stocked with a broad book selection and many of the world's best periodicals and that there was a free clinic dispensing care and advice to everyone who needed it.
The goal would be to transform it into a healthy, sustainable village that was simply as independent and as happy as a place could be, and for as little money as possible.
Perhaps it could become a model for development within a broader region.

Let's see, I have spent over 25 years privately researching for a few cures privately, (cancer, aids and any virus that mankind has to deal with) so I'd open up a research and developement firm and do the lab experiments that I need to get done that could be a possible cure for cancer, aids and any virus that's out there.
I also have a system that will by pass the electric and gas companies for home electrical energy and the same system can be used in an automobile to replace the internal combustion engine. I've found a way to bend the magnetic field of energy and using the repulsionary field of energy in the magnetic field, the system will turn a small dynamo to create d c electric energy and using a varible resistor, you can control the energy to a three phase d c electric motor. (like an accelarator) to drive the auto anywhere you want to go. so that the gas companies, electric companies and petroleum companies couldn't monopolize the industry and they would have some catching up to do. find ways to help people in general any way i could.

If the winnings are large enough, set up a corporation and provide all family members with complete health care.
I hate to admit this but I would "buy all this cheese" from Ca. lottery commercial.

I'd pay off all my REAL friends debts (providing I won a lot of money)
I'd move and not tell any of my family so they couldn't ever hit me up for money considering they don't give a flying f**k about me without money

I'd build a big home and adopt children that nobody else wants. I'd also build my parents a home and buy them new vehicles. Last but not least I'd donate to my church. After that I'd buy me and my hubby new vehicles and take the children to Disney World.

I would create a large scholarship fund for local students.
I would buy a couple of nice (but not over the top) cars.
