Well you could fell sick, Have no period, Or maybe just some spotting. The main thing is if you had unprotected sex. If that's the case then you should take a test to see. Aside from that some people don't get any signs. My friend never got sick once. Aside from the missed period she would of never guessed. Good luck.

Forget what they typed because you can have the signs and not be pregnant, like they say when your pregnant you don't have a period that's not true , some woman do. The only way to really know is to go to a gynecologist.
