200-300K is not unrealistic. The V6 engine Nissan uses is a fantastic motor. Change oil frequently, and get major tune-ups every 30K.

I don't know but for example I have a 1997 Dodge Stratus with 132,00 miles on it, drove it all the way across the country and it is still going strong, knock on wood. I have maintained it greatly, my dad works at a dealership, and it is still kicking!
