Don't forget to do Kegel exercises which is contracting you hoohoo muscles. It helps to make them stronger so that you will be able to push the baby out more. If you do it right it will feel like you're holding in pee or something. You tighten, hold and then release, do this as often as you can, you can do it while just watching tv or almost anything.
