I doubt that it's an alien,but maybe they lied about the baby to get the money and attention,or maybe to go with their beliefs they won't show anyone because they're "scared" she'll get sick,but then again if that's the case I don't blame them.

who knows? I think that the parents don't want her to be seen. i am surprised that we see so many pics of britney's baby, because i haven't seen too many pics of anyone else's kid.

Because her parents are wise enough to not pimp out their child.
Just because they're famous, doesn't mean they have to sell photos of their kids to the highest bidder.
