My personal favorite of all the current Cingular phones is the Sony Ericsson W600. It has a cool swivel style and comes out of the box with orange faceplates (changeable). Feature-wise, it is packed with a megapixel camera with flash and video, Bluetooth, mp3 player, FM radio, lots of internal memory, and more. It is also fairly inexpensive compared to many other music phones.

There is also a brand new Samsung D807, which is a slider style and has an mp3 player with a memory card slot and a 1.3 megapixel camera. If you're a fan of iTunes and want to stick with that software, the Motorola L7 SLVR would fit.

If the music player doesn't matter, there are a lot of choices. For slimness, the RAZR is still available (though I wouldn't recommend it) and it is a flip; if you're ok with a bar-style phone, the Motorola L6 is a slim camera phone that just came out - it is more affordable than the L7 SLVR. There is also a tiny new phone, the Pantech PG-C300 that is thicker than the RAZR but more than an inch shorter and almost a half inch narrower - it doesn't have a lot of fancy features but it has a camera and the basics.

The Motorola Razr v3i because it looks cool, it is thin, it has an mp3 player, bluetooth, and everything else you could want on a cell phone.
