Tell him NO, as loud as she can.
If he tries to force her, tell her to stop him, kick him but not in the balls, kick him about 1/2 an inch to an inch higher where the pelvic bones meet. Only takes about 6 pounds of pressure to break those 2 bones, one good kick should do the trick, he won't be able to walk until those bones are surgically repaired. Then she runs fast and far and calls the police.
Or for a less damaging way to escape, hit his nose with the heal of her hand, moving upward, break his nose his eyes water, she'll have time to get away.
Best advice to give her though, stay away from this guy, get a restraining order if need be.
Good Luck to your friend.

Just be straight with them & say I don't want to have sex. Don't know why the person is with somebody twice her age, but if he's abusing her she needs to get out of that relationship quick & not worry about this question.
