well for me personally it is there eyes and the way they look at you,and also the way they talk to you aswell. Though everyone is different,Can i ask why you are asking this question? Or is it just one of them questions to give people points?

There personality most definately if they present themselves to me as a real person with real flaws i like them cause it makes them real and not a poser. I really hate it when a person puts on an act to get a person to like them. I also notice their eyes cause the eyes are a dead give away to what a person is feeling and u can see everything in them. All the pain and happiness that they have had in their lives.

There are several things I look at when I first meet someone. Usually I first look and smell how they are dressed (matching clean clothes). Then I look at overall if they are clean and then would be their smile and their eyes.

When I meet a girl/woman.. her eyes.... without question.. I LOVE EYES...
When I meet a guy/man... usually his facial expression... you can often tell a lot by the facial expression on somebody the first time you meet them

It depends on the person. I see what is there.
There is no pattern to what I notice about someone; and nothing in particular that I look for.

I notice their light. Some people are so alive and have an amazingly positive presence that they shine. Other people have waves of negativity coming off of them.
