I'm British so don't start; I really like us as a nation but we are so odd, what's that all about?

That's funny! I've always thought that British are a very classy nation.
British are not so strange, they are just classy, independent, stick to the traditions, and a bit odd due the fact that we respect the others, and respect our unique qualities so we don't just walk with the wave!
There are some changes in the British community as in Europe, that made some differences in the community and drove away the general British style, only a just!

Strange? Americans love you guys. Not sure why, you are a bit stoic and I am sorry I have been to your country and while the French have a bad reputation, I thought they were nicer. Plus, your food sucks. (Maybe the lack of good nourishment makes you stoic?)

But honestly if you went to the states and visited Wisconsin what happened to the nerdy chap in Love Actually would probably happen to you. USA is a nation of anglophiles.

I will admit I like that lady vicar show that was on your tele. That was great comedy.

I think the British are charming. Except for the little punk kids who threw fries at my friend because she was Muslim. Or the scary people in the ally who offered us drugs. Other than that, you guys are odd in the way that everyone in this world is odd.

I'm not sure, but I'm a prime example of British strangeness!I can be either so happy-go-lucky or completely evil.I also have a very strange sense of humour. But you know what,I'm happy being me :)

ever hear the saying 'everybody's crazy except you
and me and i'm not so sure about you'? it just means
we all seem odd to someone else. sometimes we even
seem odd to lots of others. it is just human nature to
think your way of thinking is correct and others are
a little off not to see that.

Thanks a lot mate, reinforce the stupid stereotypes why don't you. Britain is a perfectly normal modern nation and most people are not half as eccentric as people think we are. Maybe it's just you and the people you know.
