I don't have much experience with the dialect, but I've always thought that the beauty of an accent is dependant on the delivery and personality of the speaker. I think the accent could be all of the above, depending on who's speaking.

It's generally the person behind the accent but I find it actuallly very funny... If its from a sexy lady, it'll surely be sexy to me

First, I believe that not all of them have what you call "accent". Second, if they do have an accent, I find it annoying..

my husband is part filipino and he thinks it's one of the funniest sounding languages. he thinks it sounds like chicken squak(?)
