As long as they have an ID there's nothing stopping them, apart from the being dead of course, but hey some people are even stubborn enough to not let being dead stop them either :)

Well, of course they are allowed. Why not? They just have to register and they are set to go. They might have registered when they were still alive so they could just continue to use that account. Who would know? And what would it matter? How do you know I'm not from the spirit world? Or maybe you are from the spirit world and you are just checking out the general opinions about having you here? Hmmmmmm ...... who's that looking over your shoulder??????
