Sno-bowl. It's a toilet bowl cleaner and removes rust instantly. It's really cheap too, don't worry about getting the cling gel stuff, just get the regular. Walmart has it for like $.96.

We live in FL and have well water that can be very rusty. Our hose outside doesn't run through the softner. I don't know what I would do without the sno-bowl. It's also good to run through your washer once and a while as a cleaner, and does work good on toilets.

The product CLR advertises on TV this very subject and shows a person with a scrub-brush removing the rust.

Try the beverage coke. It is noted for getting rid of rust.

go to menards and the have some very good cement cleaners or you could try some acid

try clr or buratic acid both work great
