Brunell will be the starter and Campbell will have to settle for the backup. Period
Brunell has proven 14 yrs in the NFL and gave Seattle a run in the playoffs, splitting their 2 game matchup.
The only event that would change this is if Brunell gets injured.

Brunell this year because of the free agent signings. You cant waste your free agents years trying to break in an unproven player. At least you know what Brunell has done in the past and maybe they can rekindle some of his old Jaguar flame so to speak.

Brunell, Campbell is nowhere near developed as of yet. 6th playbook in 6 years is also pretty brutal.

I am going out on a limb and request that Campell at least start getting some primetime reps. I watched this kid in college and I must say he has the potential to score poiints in that offense he has a good arm not quite as strongg as it could be but in time I see him making some big time plays in that offense so PUT HIM IN COACH!! what have you got to lose!!!
