Eminem. They are both bad rappers, but Eminem's meaningful songs are good. I hate ICP. Who wants to listen to two guys rapping about killing chickens and houses?

Apples and oranges. I've seen them both and ICP is a joke without talent and Em has talent but I don't think rap is music. Either way you can't comare such different things.
