i have a foreskin and there is absolutely never any difficulty pissing.

anyway, if there is, you can just roll it back a little and your glans will be uncovered like someone who has had their foreskin cut off.

i've tried that and when i did it the pee went everywhere... there's more control with a foreskin.

PS it's really great to see some honest answers from guys who have had their foreskins cut off. i am asking a question about this now, check out my profile in a sec.

also, it is a myth that there is a higher rate of infection among those with a foreskin. i have never had an infection in 23 years. research has highlighted the possibility that there is a secretion from the foreskin which helps protect against aids.

why is there such a high rate of aids in the us and there is the highest rate of circumcision in the us?

The foreskin does nothing about peeing. The foreskin lubricates and protects the head of the penis. The main reason to be circumsized (or cut) is the foreskin itself. If the foreskin is rather tight and small, during an erection as the skin is pushed back past the head, it almost strangles the head of the penis and causes engorgement (filling with blood) and it becomes very painful. The circumcision is a minor operation but it is best done on younger males, and is slightly uncomfortable...a burning sensation...for three to five days as the skin begins to heal. But if you have difficulty in peeing (urinating) there may be other causes. Is it you are too conscious of trying? A physician is your best source of information as he can examine you. I am a physician but I can't give you good advice without an examination.

You will pee wither or not you have foreskin, Some believe that you should not remove the foreskin, however others believe in removing it ...Personally speaking, I believe it is easier to stop infection and less area that holds bacteria in that area with the foreskin removed. However I also believe that the skin is there for a reason to help protect that area of the body, however you need to make sure that you keep that area clean just like the rest of the body....

I have read some of the replies. but here is my experience:
I was circumcised when I was in high school. so i have experience of both having the foreskin and now dont have that.
so everybody is more or less correct. what I mean is when i had skin i was not willing to do it. i was thinking of the good sides of having the skin. but when I was circumcised i realised that the surgery pain was worth having. now the benefit is more than having the foreskin.
without the skin you are 100% clean. that is not only good for you also good for your girlfriend. coz i read a medical article where they say that some bacteria in that area is not good for the girls.

so those who still got the skin says that having the skin is good. those who got circumcised says its good. and those who got circumcised when they were child might say it is not good coz they did not feel the skin as I did. Now I know the real difference. so everybody is correct.

now the modern science has aeally advanced. so the surgery is a matter of days. dont have to worry about that. have to make you mind if you like it or not.

I'm sure there are more good sides than bad in circumcision.

Cutting off the foreskin keeps ur penis clean and hygenic provided it is washed with water after every pee. It also helps in better sex and enjoyment when the procedure is done. It hurts a little only when the anaesthesia is given otherwise its cool.

DONT GET CUT!! I along with lots of other guys wished we had a foreskin. It is easier I think for use to pee, cause it just comes straight out, where as for and uncut penis it has to go through the foreskin, unless you pull it back, which alot of my friends do pull back. For cleanliness, we don't have to "CLEAN" as in depth as a uncut guy but I'd still rather have it to clean....

As someone that had a circumcision in my 30's let me tell you that you don't want to get it done. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I don't recommend doing it unless you have to. The foreskin doesn't impede the flow of urine as you suggest.

It is not ncecessary to cut foreskin to pee. But, hyginecally, it is said it is better to get the foreskin to cut. But, I have my foreskin, without any problem or any infection etc.

It just depends on what you mean by help. They used to believe that circumcision was more hygienic than not, but as long as you keep yourself clean, it doesn't really matter. What exactly are you trying to improve? In a general sense, if you're circumcised, there is less down there to get dirty. But it shouldn't influence the characteristics of the flow, in and of itself.
