i believe so, there are so many planets and universes we will never, ever see. Why would life only exist on earth. Selfish of us to think that. Sometimes I dream space critters take me away from this earth of greed and violence.

I think there are other species too numerous to count spread throughout the Universe. The Universe is teaming with life and some of them are watching us to see how well we do. Consider a multiverse, universes in other dimensions as well. Why would this little planet be the only one. As diversified as our little planet is, the universe is exponentially more diverse. And, the dimensions outside our field of vision, but still part of the multiverse are still there, even though we cannot see them. Open your mind and your heart to all that is possible and then some. I do believe there are beings on all the planets, of one form or another, maybe the exception would be if the planet is dead or destroyed by previous inhabitants.

Of course do you actually think that with all that space and all those elements out there that humans are the only being to exist. Just look at how many different species live on this plant alone so do you really think that all those planets in different solar systems are empty....what their just there to look nice? Come on now use some sense please.

No, God only put life on planet Earth, we are on the oasis in Space. Just take a look at pictures of Space we are the only blue planet. We can see pretty far now and no other planet can compare.

I would think that of billions of galaxies that have the basic requirements to sustain life such as light , water , there would be , besides what is life and how is life defined ??Would that species have to be humanoid to define it as life , I think not and the probability of a planet that can sustain life whether it be humanoid or non humanoid is pretty high . I think we're looking in the wrong places and too intent on finding a humanoid species which we have categorized as life and excluded all non humanoid species as irrelevant .

Don't know for sure..but it seems highly unlikely to me that of all the planets in space we are the only one with life on it. And I'm not talking just our solar system.

Yeah, I do. Scientists have calculated that it is either very many (very, very many) other planets than earth that have intelligent life forms, or the chance that there is at least one planet that has intelligent life if really small (really, really small). That last includes even earth. So, if the chance is really small, we are very lucky to exist. ;)

I think that there is life on other planets. I think that we would be naive to think that we are it. We have seen so many "sightings" and movies based on what? There has to be a little truth to those. I understand that people can have a healthy imagination, but it is based on something truthful, right?

Of course there is. NASA airbrushes all the UFO's out of their pictures before they show them to the public. Keep an eye out, they are elongated but almost see through and move faster than you could imagine. They are watching over us to see how long until we self destruct, coming down to save samples of different life here that we are destroying.

I think there is life on other planets. I would be hard to think that we are the only ones.
