Take her to court (go to the judge who issued the decree, since it would be their order your wife is violating).

But bring proof!

If you aren't sure what to do, find out if the judge is still on the bench, and call up their clerk (call the general number for the court, and ask the speak with Judge so-and-so's clerk. Tell them the story, and they will tell you what needs to be done. You might need to get a lawyer (or maybe not). They will tell you.

Call Monday--don't wait.

Before going to the judge, ask her why she's violated the order again. You need to let common sense come into play here.

For instance, were the kids dying to go somewhere or visit someone and you were unavailable to give your consent so she gave in to them? Sure it's against the decree, but if so, that is something she was trying to do to make the kids happy on the spur of the moment and should be looked at differently than an outright violation.

If you can't talk to her or you know that's not the case then yes, go directly to the court. Do not pass go, do not collect hostile excuses. But do have common sense because once you report her, you can't take it back and if she's convicted, it's a serious offense. A felony in fact.

Yep, call family courts immediately. She must apply for permission to visit out of state relatives, etc. BUT if you know where she is going, and you know that she is coming back, don't you think this is rather petty on your part?

You need to take her back to court.

If you know in advance when she is doing it, you can always call the police and ask them for help (protect and serve).

Best wishes...
