you can syill be in love with someone, but the physical urges may wane. its not just about sex. love is a deeper feeling, sex is a bonus

i believe its down to responsiblities, the next step up in the realtionship that they so dont want. They want to be out with the lads who are having a laugh and pulling any bird. and not worrying about the consquiences in the morning. Some men find this appealing and missing out on this is why they tend to lose interest, like as if the girlfriend is holding them back, another is to do with attention, they want more yet dont want more. Some lads are weird, they simply dont know what they want.
Also even more bizarre, is to do with their childhood, seeing thier ideal role model ie dad, going out and having fun and not caring about mum. Some follow these examples, some will learn by these examples.
