You know the old saying: If you love something, set it free. If it
comes back to you, it is yours if not, it was never meant to be.
I think this applies here as, if their hands fall back to earth and
re-attach to the people who threw them up in the first place, then
the people will always be happy with the knowledge that their
hands really want to be with them!! LOL.

Their BRAINS need oxygen so have to stand up, To let it get to them.
Like normal humans when there brain is short of oxygen they yawn,
Other normal humans follow and do the same.
Football fans follow the other fans when they need oxygen,
As there brains are in there ars-h--s they have to stand up. Waving their hands to circulate the air for them

it's "their" not "there"
"there" is for location and places.
And I have no idea what thought you were trying to convey in the second part you added about chairs.
